How soon in advance do I need to order my stationery?
Preferably no less than 3 months before the wedding day. We can However do rush Orders.
When should I send my invitations out?
Normally 8 weeks in advance but sooner if your wedding is on a bank holiday or abroad.
How long do orders take?
When you order your Stationery, we then agree a delivery Date.
Can I order my Order of Service, Place Cards, Menus & Thank You Cards at a later date?
Yes is the simple answer, The main thing is to order your Invitations first!! Then worry about extras you need, you would only be guessing numbers at this stage, decided on these after you get your replies back.
By what method can I pay for my stationery?
We accept payment by cash, cheque, paypal, visa, mastercard, postal order or bank draft.
When do I pay?
A 50% deposit is payable at the time of ordering. The remaining 50% is due either before delivery or upon collection. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
Do envelopes cost extra?
No TM Designs do NOT charge extra for envelopes, Day and Evening Invitations, RSVP Cards and Thank You Cards all include a matching envelope.
Is there an extra charge for proofs
No, Proofs are free
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is €20.00 to anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland.
How do I know what wording is right for me?
We send you Ideas of wording types with your samples.
I would prefer a different ribbon colour, is that possible?
There are loads of different ribbon colours , simply send us a swatch and we shall do all we can to match the colour.
